Le premier travail est une reconnaissance satellitaire des concessions afin d\u2019obtenir une connaissance de base du territoire. Une fois les caract\u00e9ristiques du terrain analys\u00e9es, un r\u00e9seau de \u201clayons\u201d rectilignes est alors planifi\u00e9 pour fournir une premi\u00e8re \u201ccarte\u201d sur laquelle les \u00e9quipes de terre devront inventorier toutes les essences d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de 20 cm et plus.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s l\u2019inventaire des arbres, les \u00e9quipes feront un inventaire des produits forestiers non ligneux, indispensables \u00e0 la survie des populations locales.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cet inventaire couvre 1% de la superficie totale. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>D\u2019autres approfondissements et \u00e9tudes techniques et sociaux sont effectu\u00e9s pour pouvoir r\u00e9diger le plan de gestion durable.
